Pneumatic Tank Driver (Local)
Dry Bulk - Cement, Sand, Lime, Salt
We are looking for a Class A Pneumatic Tanker Truck Driver (Dry Bulk)
Must be able to efficiently and safely operate a semi tractor and pneumatic trailer on and off-road.
Communicate with supervisor or dispatcher every day you are scheduled to work in regards to delivery instructions
Operate vehicle in a safe manner, using most direct legal route for transporting
Must be able to pay close attention to details with an emphasis on safety
Perform basic emergency roadside repairs
Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations
Adhere to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations as set forth by the US Department of Transportation
Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water on a daily basis
Ensure the truck is kept clean on the interior and exterior
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Class A truck driving experience required
Doubles and Triples Endorsement may be required, depends on available trailers
Tanker endorsement is NOT required
Pneumatic experience preferred but will train the right canidate
Must be able to work long hours, but always home daily.
Be familiar with CA DOT regulations and permit requirements
Required to pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check
Required to have a current Medical Examiner Certificate
Required to have a valid Class A driver license and clean driving record
Pneumatic Tank Driver (Regional)
Dry Bulk - Cement, Sand, Lime, Salt
We are looking for a Class A Pneumatic Tanker Truck Driver (Dry Bulk)
Must be able to efficiently and safely operate a semi tractor and pneumatic trailer on and off-road.
Must be willing to travel to Nevada (Las Vegas area) and Arizona
Must be willing to lay over 2 to 3 nights per week. No weekends required
Communicate with supervisor or dispatcher every day you are scheduled to work in regards to delivery instructions
Operate vehicle in a safe manner, using most direct legal route for transporting
Must be able to pay close attention to details with an emphasis on safety
